Terms of Service

Ownership: Kayla Stanton Photography retains copyright of all images created. Use of images for commercial purposes without permission is subject to additional fees and damages.

Right to Reproduce: Kayla Stanton Photography reserves the right to use images for promotional, marketing, and editorial purposes unless privacy is specifically requested by the client within 24 hours of the delivery of the gallery.

Third-Party Editing: Only Kayla Stanton Photography is permitted to make changes or edits to the images delivered. The client is not permitted to edit, alter, filter, crop, or allow any third party—including other photographers or editors—to modify the final images in any way, including but not limited to color correction, retouching, or applying filters (e.g., Instagram filters).

Raw Photos: Kayla Stanton Photography will not share RAW (unedited) images as those images are not representative of the photographer's complete work.

Refund Policy: All payments made to Kayla Stanton Photography are non-refundable after the photo session is complete. The photographer's time, expertise, and resources have been utilized to curate this gallery. As such, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including client dissatisfaction, once the session is complete. Refunds will be given in the event of session cancellation or images lost before delivery.
